Summer Electronic Benefit Transfer

The State of Nevada has been awarded USDA funding for the Summer Electronic Benefit Transfer for Children (SEBTC) Program.

SEBTC Card & Program Materials Have Been Mailed Out!

 

The mission of the Summer EBT is to provide nutritional assistance to eligible children in rural communities throughout Nevada during the summer months, when school meals are not available. The Summer EBT program is NOT applicant based.  Eligibility comes instead from students approved for Free and Reduced Lunch in each eligible school district.

For Summer 2018, communities in the following county school districts meet the Federal criteria for this program:

 

·     Carson City County (eligible schools only) ·       Lincoln County
·     Churchill County ·       Lyon County
·     Clark County (Goodsprings & Searchlight only) ·       Mineral County
·     Douglas County ·       Nye County
·     Duckwater High School ·       Pershing County
·     Elko County ·       Pyramid Lake High School
·     Esmeralda County ·       Storey County
·     Humboldt County ·       Washoe County (select schools only)
·     Lander County ·       White Pine County
