Policy

To provide technical assistance/support to local agency staff on computer and EBT related issues.

Procedure

For computer and EBT-related problems or questions, the Local Agency staff will adhere to the following procedure:

 

  1. If WIC Application or EBT problems/questions cannot be resolved at the clinic, the State WIC Office is to be contacted.
  2. Each problem will be logged and triaged to the appropriate technician.
  3.  If computer problems are related to hardware issues, your Local Agency Technical Support is to be contacted for assistance.
