To provide technical assistance/support to local agency staff on computer and EBT related issues.
For computer and EBT-related problems or questions, the Local Agency staff will adhere to the following procedure:
- If WIC Application or EBT problems/questions cannot be resolved at the clinic, the State WIC Office is to be contacted.
- Each problem will be logged and triaged to the appropriate technician.
- If computer problems are related to hardware issues, your Local Agency Technical Support is to be contacted for assistance.
