Breast Pumps and Accessories
Need a breast pump? There are different ways to find a pump at low or no cost through private insurance, Medicaid, or your local WIC clinic. Talk to your WIC clinic about which option is best for you.
Peer Counselors are WIC mothers who have successfully breastfed who are trained to provide mom to mom (peer) breastfeeding education and support to other WIC mothers. This fantastic program is offered at four Nevada WIC local agencies statewide.
Babies have limited ways of communicating with their caregivers when they are hungry, tired or need something to be different. Understanding baby behaviors can help parents better respond to the needs of their baby.
