The Nevada WIC Program is committed to maintaining the integrity of the WIC Program and ensuring benefits are used appropriately.
If you suspect fraud, waste, abuse, or other violations involving the WIC Program, you may report your concerns directly to the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Office of Inspector General (OIG).
Examples may include:
- Misuse or trafficking of WIC benefits.
- Fraud involving WIC participants, vendors, or retailers.
- Misuse of WIC funds or resources.
- Other suspected violations related to the WIC Program.
Reports may be submitted directly to the USDA OIG through its online OIG Hotline.
