The WIC Farmers Market Nutrition Program
The Farmers’ Market Nutrition Program (FMNP) provides Nevada (NV) WIC eligible participants with benefits to buy locally grown fresh fruit and vegetables from authorized farmers across the state. Farmers market benefits are in addition to WIC benefits.
2024 NV Farmers Market Season
Nevada FMNP is happy to announce it has replaced paper coupons with an easy-to-use electronic platform. WIC FMNP participants will have the choice of using a mobile app of shopper card to buy fresh fruits and vegetables at the farmers market.

Who’s eligible for WIC FMNP?
Women and children certified to receive WIC Program benefits are eligible to receive FMNP food benefits.
What do WIC FMNP participants get?
WIC FMNP participants get:
- $50.00 for each active WIC participant in their family.
- Nutrition information and helpful tips about how to prepare and eat more fruits and vegetables.
When is the WIC FMNP season?
This year, the WIC FMNP benefits can be requested July 1 to September 30, 2024 and you can use your benefits from July 1 to November 30, 2024.
How do participants sign up for the WIC FMNP?
Thank you for your interest in the Farmer Market Nutrition Program. Request forms are closed at this time. If you have already submitted a request form, look out for a welcome email from SoliMarket, this is how you will know your benefits have been approved. If you have not received a welcome email within 30 days, please reach out (contact information below). Reaching out before that timeframe will result in a processing delay as we have received a high volume of requests.
What can participants buy with WIC FMNP benefits?
Participants can buy local, fresh, and unprocessed fruit and vegetables with the FMNP benefits. Local means food grown in Nevada or in neighboring states California, Oregon, Idaho, Utah, & Arizona.
